By using PromoAIs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
PromoAIs generates animated promo videos from a website URL and the material you provide. Output is produced automatically and may vary between runs. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You keep ownership of the material you submit. You grant us the licence needed to process, store, and render it so we can provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights to the websites, text, images, logos, and audio you submit, and that using them does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Generated promos
Subject to these terms, the promos generated for you are yours to use. Some scenes may incorporate third-party assets such as fonts, music, or models supplied with the service; those remain subject to their own licences.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content.
- Do not impersonate a brand or person you are not authorised to represent.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not resell or redistribute access to the service without our permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, or that generated output is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.
